Love the backpack and the embroidering looks great - and I especially appreciated the email from the team suggesting a change to the logo. I knew it might be an issue with a spot on it and they picked that up and took it out for me, something my designer would have charged extra for. Seems like a good quality backpack, only time will tell. Fingers crossed the zippers hold up - that and the bottom seams! This bag will take a beating so if I can update this down the road I will. Great sale price, too.

Logo Backpack

My son is happy with the backpack itself but the process of ordering was not very smooth. Website is not user friendly and when I placed the order, I paid for shipping that indicated the backpack would arrive by Dec. 24. When I clicked the "place order" button, the delivery date changed to Dec. 26. I was very disappointed in this false advertising but when I emailed Promotique it was explained to me that I did not pay for the expedited shipping. I knew that I did not, BUT the fact was the shipping I did pay for indicated the before Christmas date and AFTER I placed the order, the date was changed. Because the gift was for my adult son, I was able to be flexible, but not sure if I would trust this website advertising in the future.

Fine, but not great

The backpack is okay enough (Jansport quality). The embroidery colors didn't appear the same as the preview- the teal is too blue, and the backpack is darker which makes the navy too dark of a color.

Embroidering was off

Our logo has an image and the name of the company underneath in caps. The letters were different sizes and not aligned properly. Looks VERY sloppy. Not sure how this could happen. The logo image looks good.
