Screen Print is far too small

I ordered this with a company logo. The size of the design is not proportionate to the size of the sweatshirt. Unless the size of the logo can be increased I would not order this product.

A review of your account was done and we note that your design was made as large as possible based on the horizontal outline. We recommend a sweatshirt with a larger placeholder or a revised design that can utilize the 7.9" x 7.9" square placeholder. There is still space above and below you logo. If help is needed with a revision, you may contact customer care.
